Qualifications to Become the President of India

Here are a few eligibility criteria that you must fulfill in order to take part in the President of India election process: 

  • The candidate should be a citizen of India
  • He/she should be a minimum of 35 years old
  • He/she should have qualified the eligibility criteria to become a member of the Lok Sabha
  • He/she should not be holding any office of profit that comes under the state government, central government, or any public authority.
