What is the CPMT Exam for?

The CPMT exam is conducted by the UP CPMT board for medical aspirants. Students who successfully clear this entrance exam are eligible to get admission in the medical field such as Ayurveda, medical, dental, Unani, Homeopathy etc. at the undergraduate level.
The CPMT exam is divided into two parts. Part 1 consists of questions belonging to the science section mainly physics, chemistry, and biology whereas, Part 2 consists of questions belonging to general knowledge and mental ability.

What is the Difference Between CPMT and NEET?
CPMT was the state-level entrance examination for medical courses. Later CPMT changed to AIPMT. Now, it is NEET and NEET is the National level exam for all over India.
Candidates in any part of India seeking admission in medical courses have to clear the NEET entrance exam then only they are eligible to apply to any college. Therefore, NEET replaced state PMT exams and AIPMT.
