Q-Describe a skill that you can teach other people.
You should say:
- What is it?
- How you learnt it?
- How can you teach others this skill?
- How do you feel about this skill?
A- I am yet to master many different abilities, however, there is one skill that I excel in and can teach others. It is the skill of “mindful breathing”, a very simple yet effective meditation practice. This means simply paying focus on your breathing, its inherent rhythm and flow, and how it feels as you inhale and exhale is the goal here. Due to all of its benefits, this skill is climbing the charts of popularity.
I discovered this ability in my two-year-old yoga teacher’s practical yoga lesson. It helps me to focus on the ‘here and now’ so that I may stop worrying about the prior and the later. Such breathing exercises aid with pain management, anxiety reduction, stress management, and lowering of negative thoughts. It is a valuable, potent, and drastically altering skill.
I may directly pass this skill on by showing several forms of mindful breathing to a small group. Additionally, I don’t require any special tools for it; I can impart this knowledge in a classroom or even a garden. It can be taught online as well. In fact, I created my videos to help my friends who are far away and who I can’t meet learn this skill. I am able to impart both practical mindfulness breathing techniques and theoretical benefits. Many people I’ve taught this to.
In order for more people to gain from this talent as well, I believe I should educate as many individuals as I can. In order to teach kids how to control their difficult emotions and stresses, I also think that this skill ought to be taught in schools. I’m grateful to have this ability.
