Ashish Kashyap started his career by working in the Times of India as Head of E-Commerce in 2000. Then, in 2005 he joined Google India as the Country Head. He was the first Country Head of Google. In 2006, he resigned from Google and started working on his project. In 2011, he became the board member of Gaadi Web Pvt. Ltd.  

In 2009, Ashish Kashyap found the Goibibo app. In 2011, he founded Ibiobi pay or PayU India. He then joined several other companies like Travel Boutique and Global Chapter Chair. In 2013, he founded redBus. After gaining so much experience, he became the founder of Finzoom Investment Advisors.

The name ‘ibibo’ came up because, when we were setting up this company, we believed that the big shift happening in the internet world was that power was moving into the hands of the customers.  That is when the whole thing of “i bond” came up. “i build” and “i bond” led to ibibo. That is the core value of our company and it is reflected in whatever we do.

All these companies and ventures are successful and profitable. But Ashish Kashyap was an enthusiastic entrepreneur and was keen to experiment with something new. In 2019 he introduced the INDMoney company. It is a product of Finzoom Investments, the main company.
