If a person has transited to a country that has a risk of a Yellow Fever vaccination must also submit the certification
Documentation for Minors
A Minor’s birth certificate must be submitted in case a minor is traveling with the applicant. If the minor is traveling with a person other than their parent or if they are traveling by themselves then a no objection certificate must be submitted. The no-objection certificate must be from the parents or the legal guardian of the minor.
Clean Police Record
The Malaysia visa requirements include obtaining a police clearance certificate. That is, the person must not be registered under the Suspect List of the Immigration Department of Malaysia list or the Lost Travel Document (STLD) system. What are the Entry Requirements for Malaysia?
The entry requirements for Malaysia are as follows. Applicants from a country eligible for online visa application can attach these documents online.
- Possess a visa (if coming from a country that requires a visa to enter Malaysia)
- Must have a passport, and return ticket to the home country

What is the Malaysia Visa Waiver Program for Indians?
Starting from January 2024, the visa is waived for Indian citizens. It means the Indian passport holders traveling to Malaysia from from 1 December 2023 until 31 December 2024 are eligible for visa-free entry. Stay is permitted for 30 days without a Malaysian visa. However, Indian passport holders must fulfill the latest Malaysia Visa Requirements to be eligible.
