BHU Eligibility Criteria 2023

|B. A. (Hons) Social Sciences||Candidates must have successfully completed the 10+2 or an equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.
For B.A. Hons. (Economics), it is mandatory for students to have studied Mathematics as one of their subjects during their high school examinations.
|B.A. LL.B. (Hons)||A minimum of 50% marks in the 10+2 examination from a recognized board, regardless of the chosen discipline.|
|B.Com. (Hons)||Candidates must have successfully completed the 10+2 or an equivalent examination, securing a minimum aggregate score of 50% and passing in the respective subject.
The eligible subjects include Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Financial Markets Management, and Vocational Courses related to commerce.
|B.Tech.||Candidates need to have successfully completed the 10+2 examination with either the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) combination, or the Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology (PCMB) combination, along with English.

Yes, BHU admission to undergraduate courses is based on entrance tests. However, starting from the 2022-23 session, BHU has replaced the BHU UET exam for UG admissions.
