KPPGCA will conduct the KMAT counselling process for admissions in its MBA/MCA/PGDM after the release of the KMAT cutoff list of the participating institutes. The concerned institutes will send a counselling invitation to the shortlisted candidates on their registered email ID. KMAT Counselling Dates 2023
The KMAT counselling procedures will begin at least two weeks after the university releases the KMAT results. As the official notification for the examination is about to begin very soon, candidates are advised to be affirmative of the following tentative dates to avoid any deadline rush.

KMAT Counselling Process 2023
The KMAT counselling process is conducted in two rounds of Group Discussion and Personal Interviews, after the declaration of examination results. Candidates would be invited for the session as per their respective merit criteria. However, candidates must ensure to choose a participating KMAT institute before applying for the counselling session.

Documents Required for Counselling
The university will not entertain any request for the KMAT counselling date extension. Hence, candidates must ensure to bring along the following documents for the session without a miss:
- Graduation mark sheet
- Class 10th and 12th mark sheet
- School leaving certificate
- Domicile certificate
- KMAT 2023 Admit Card
- KMAT 2023 Result printout
- Caste certificate (If applicable)
- Two passport-size photographs.
