Our Mission
To help a young person win, to let them lift their family with them, and to inspire the hundreds who stand around them - because that is how nations get built, and how a better world is made at its root.
While we stay devoted to that fundamental mission, the scale of what stands in its way only sharpens our urgency. The World Bank estimates that 1.2Bn young people will enter the job market over the next decade, yet only 400Mn new jobs await them - leaving 800 million for whom, today, no job exists. Unless formal higher education, training, and skilling expand and evolve, this is a ticking time bomb of historic proportions.
That is what drives us every day: to increase employability, to aid job creation, and to innovate on the systems that help this generation and the next succeed. There is clearly a great deal to do, and clearly not enough time. That rush moves us. Upward mobility, for millions - that is it for us at Leverage Edu.
