KMAT (Karnataka Management Aptitude Test) is a national-level entrance exam for getting admission to more than 170 colleges and universities offering MBA, PGDM, and MCA programmes. The conducting body of KMAT is the Karnataka Post Graduate Private Colleges’ Association (KPPGCA). KMAT Eligibility Criteria 2024

For those who are applying for KMAT 2024, detailed information on eligibility criteria has been given below.

Eligibility Criteria for MBA

• Graduation from an accredited university in any field.
• In the final exam of their graduation, candidates must have a score of at least 50% (45% for SC/ST category candidates).
• There is no upper age limit specified by the KPPGCA for KMAT entrance; anyone who meets the eligibility criteria can apply.
• Candidates who are in their final year of graduation can also apply.

Eligibility Criteria for MCA

• Graduation from an accredited university in any field.
• In the final exam of their Graduation, candidates must have a score of at least 50% (45% for SC/ST category candidates)
• Anyone who fulfils the requirements can apply for KMAT entrance; the KPPGCA has not set an upper age restriction.
• Candidates must have taken math in grade 12.
• Candidates who are in their final year of graduation can also apply.

Note: Final selection decisions will be made after candidates have been assessed based on their KMAT exam mark, academic performance, and related subjects.

Application Process

The admissions process for KMAT 2024 has not yet started. It will probably start in the month of May. Candidates can apply by visiting the official website, and a general outline of the application process has been given in this blog. Read on to learn more.

1. Registration: Candidates must register on the official website of KMAT by providing basic details such as name, email ID, phone number, and password.
2. Filling out the Application Form: After registration, candidates need to fill out the application form by providing personal and academic details, such as name, date of birth, address, educational qualifications, etc. They must also upload scanned copies of their photograph and signatures as per the prescribed specifications.
3. Payment of Application Fee: Once the application form is submitted, the application fee needs to be paid online, and it can be paid through credit card, debit card, or net banking.
4. Downloading Admit Card: Candidates can download their admit card from the KMAT website after submitting their application successfully and paying their fees.
