CMAT Exam 2024: Exam Pattern
Below mentioned is the CMAT exam pattern for the upcoming examination. This pattern will give you an idea of the number of questions that will come and the total marks.

How to Prepare for CMAT Exam 2024
Follow these points to understand How to Prepare For CMAT:
✅ Devote a couple of hours for revision of important concepts and formulae and practising mock tests.
✅ Focus on memorizing static GK topics. If you have been constantly listening to the news, it will take care of the current affairs section.
✅ Always refer to these key points a day before the exam to refresh your memory.
✅ If you doubt any topic or concept, reach out to your mentors or study group to get it cleared. Practice doubtful topics at least twice to ensure you have understood them.
✅ You must know the types of questions that you can solve in CMAT mock tests easily and fast this will avoid the possibility of negative marks.

Preparation Strategy CMAT Exam 2024
The most important part behind the success is making a preparation strategy for CMAT 2024. Your exam strategy must be divided into three phases:
First Phase: Completing the CMAT Syllabus 2024
👉 Always pick the things that you find the toughest and then move to easier ones.
👉 Never jump to a new topic without completing the previous one.
👉 Never try to study more than one concept at the same time, this might confuse you at the end of the day.
👉 The easiest section is General Knowledge, so prepare for it at the end of this phase.
Second Phase: Practise CMAT Mock Tests and Sample Papers
👉 Never start directly solving sample questions before completing the CMAT syllabus.
👉 If you have already prepared for or appeared in CAT, XAT, GMAT, etc. then you can start directly by only practising CMAT mock tests.
👉 After appearing for each CMAT mock test, examine your performance and take the next step accordingly.
👉 Practicing mock tests must aim to increase speed and improve accuracy.
👉 A mock test will be beneficial in understanding the test structure so that you can prepare topics accordingly.
👉 Always try to solve a variety of questions. This will give you an insight into all kinds of questions – tough, easy, tricky, and lengthy.
Third Phase: Problem-Solving and Topic-Wise Revision
👉 You must thoroughly revise all the CMAT concepts, theorems, formulae, shortcuts, and tricks required for solving questions with 100 per cent accuracy.
👉 Don’t try to start a new topic in the last two days before the CMAT 2024 exam
👉 You must finish revision a day before the exam and relax your mind overnight
👉 You must not study or revise anything on the morning of the exam
