Dean’s Scholarship

The $10,000 Dean’s Scholarship is available from Penn GSE to a limited number of new master’s applicants. Prizes will be given out according to the merit determined by the faculty after they analyze the admissions application. Both domestic and foreign students are eligible for these scholarships.

Applicants must apply by the priority date specified by their program. It is possible to combine the Dean’s Scholarship with other Penn GSE financial aid opportunities. The Dean’s Scholarship selection process will take place at the time of admission. 

Scholarships for Fulbright Fellows

A $25,000 stipend will be given to each master’s student admitted to Penn GSE who has been offered a Fulbright Fellowship to be utilized towards their graduate studies. It is possible to combine this scholarship with financial aid from Fulbright-affiliated institutions. Recipients of Fulbright awards should be careful to include their identity in their graduate application.
