It is better for children to have teachers who are young, even if they are inexperienced.

Q- Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is better for children to have teachers who are young, even if they are inexperienced.

Ans: I believe it’s preferable for students to be taught by young teachers, even if they possess a degree of inexperience. I feel this way for two reasons.

To begin with, youthful instructors can establish a stronger rapport with their students. They share more common ground with the students, including similar personal interests and a better awareness of contemporary pop culture. Consequently, they can more effectively bridge the gap between classroom content and the students’ real-life experiences. This, in turn, can serve as a motivation for students to remain engaged and focused throughout the school day.

Furthermore, younger teachers exhibit higher levels of energy. Given the current trend of larger class sizes, energy levels play a crucial role. Older teachers may face challenges in managing extensive groups of students, as they may run out of energy, potentially hindering their ability to complete lessons effectively.
