Q-  Look at the image below. In 25 seconds, please speak into the microphone and describe the details that the image is showing. You will have 40 seconds to give your response.

Ans- The creation of the hormone melatonin is depicted in this illustration. Melatonin production is inhibited when people view candles, and it is stimulated when it is dark. The pineal gland in the brain produces melatonin in response to stimulation from the eyes. The biological clock, which is also termed the suprachiasmatic nucleus, of the body is created by its production and inhibition. In conclusion, this demonstrates how our body reacts to light and darkness and how Melatonin production is influenced by light.
