• You must not be registered as an undesirable in the Schengen Information System (SIS II).
• Applicants who are listed under the UN or EU sanction list, and those who have been deported from Denmark and are given an entry ban are ineligible for this visa.
• Similarly, applicants under the national sanction list of religious preachers with an entry ban are eligible for the visa.

Minimum Balance Needed for a Tourist Visa Denmark 

The minimum balance needed for a tourist visa in Denmark is provided below. You must have the amount for the duration of your stay. Aside from this amount, you must have overseas medical insurance. Medical insurance must be applicable in all Schengen countries.

• Next, gather the required documentation. You can even print out the checklist. The diplomatic mission may request you to send in additional documentation. 
• You also must ensure that you haven’t bought a ticket for Denmark before the visa is approved.
• Appear in person to the Danish mission or outsourcing offices in your home country to submit the visa application. If you intend to stay in multiple countries. You need to send in the visa application to the diplomatic mission of the country where you will be staying the most.
• After this step, you can pay the visa application fee, and a service fee to the outsourcing company
• Get the biometric features registered at the Danish diplomatic mission.
• At this stage, your visa application process is complete.
• Once a decision is arrived at you can get your documents back.

Where to Apply for a Tourist Visa in Denmark? 

As mentioned above, you can only submit the Danish visa application in person. Therefore you must visit a Danish Mission or an outsourcing office. The only prerequisite is that you must legally stay in the country you are applying from. You can be a temporary or permanent resident of the country you are applying from.

If you are planning to stay in multiple Schengen countries, the application must be sent to the diplomatic mission of the country you intend to stay in. It is important to note that
