About Vidyashilp Academy School 

Vidyashilp Academy is a private and co-ed school located in Bangalore North. It is a member of the Association of International Schools in India and offers a quality education that meets global standards as it is a top-ranking Cambridge and ICSE school. Vidyashilp Academy School has its in-house curriculum and follows A-levels along with the ICSE board. Admission Process for Vidyashilp Academy School  

The start of the school year is in June. Details about the application window’s opening in November of the preceding year for a duration of three days will be published on the website. Admissions for the current academic year take place from January to April. Although the Academy won’t be making any specific announcements, parents are still urged to frequently check the website for updates.

There are seven steps that the students need to go through in order to take admitted to Vidyashilp Academy school.

  1. Registering – The parents wanting their children to take admitted to Vidyashilp Academy can enquire about the same by registering on the website or writing an email to [email protected].
  1. Going through waitlist status – Students on the waitlist will be contacted by the admissions officer and given a link to an application form so they may proceed with the process. We respectfully invite parents to submit their applications as soon as possible so that they can guarantee that their child takes part in the interaction process. There will be no distribution of application forms after the admissions season closes. If there is a vacancy, prospective parents will be notified and instructed to pick up an application form at the Academy.
  1. Submitting Application Form – The parents need to submit the application form with the following documents: the birth certificate of the student, Aadhar card of the student & parents, mark sheet of the previous 2 years, ID and signature of the parents.
  1. Communicating with the parents and students on campus – To determine whether the potential students are prepared to thrive on Vidyashilp Academy’s curriculum, the assigned teachers at VSA will engage with them. This involves an oral, written, and brief assessment of the physical fitness of the student. 
  1. Release of the result of the interaction – The result of the aforementioned interaction will be conveyed to parents either through a phone call or e-mail. 
  1.  Offer letter – The parents of the selected students will get an offer letter from VSA for their acceptance.
  1. Admission confirmation – The admission of a student will be confirmed once the parents who get the offer letter pay the fees. If the parents fail to pay the fees then the seat will be automatically given to the next candidate on the waiting list. Due to the large no. of applicants, parents are advised to complete the fee payment within 3 days of receiving the letter. 

Note: Vidyashilp Academy school releases a special priority list that entails references of alumni, faculty or parents, siblings of Vidyashilp Academy students, children of alumni, children of faculty, and Vidyasagar Students. Also, VSA does not reserve any seat for admissions under the ‘Management Quota’.
