The AIISH Mysore has an Internship and Placement Cell which works to offer job opportunities and secure placements to students in their specific fields. During the internships, students are given the opportunity to choose their centres all over India, namely under two organizations:

  • Scholarships for UG Courses: Students studying UG courses are given INR 800 monthly for a total duration of 10 months during the first 3 years of their education. The stipend for the 4th year will depend on their placement.
  • Scholarship for Diploma Course: Students pursuing any Diploma course will be given a monthly stipend of INR 250 for a total duration of 10 months.
  • Scholarships for PG Diploma Course: Students pursuing any PG Diploma course will be given a monthly stipend of INR 500 for a total duration of 10 months.
  • Scholarships for Postgraduate Courses: Students pursuing MSc will be given a monthly stipend of INR 1300 for a total duration of 10 months. Students pursuing M.Ed are given a monthly stipend of INR 650 for a total duration of 10 months.
  • Students pursuing Doctoral (PhD) courses are given a monthly stipend, which if different for each year. Candidates are given a monthly stipend of INR 20,000 during their first year of Ph.D.; INR 22,000 during the second year; INR 25,000 during their third year; and INR 20,000 as a Contingency Grant.
