NIT Kurukshetra Admission Process 

NIT Kurukshetra admission 2024 is primarily entrance-based. Candidates are chosen for admission to NIT Kurukshetra via national exams such as JEE Main, GATE, NIMCET, CAT, etc. After qualifying for the respective entrance exams, students need to appear for the relevant counselling sessions including JoSAA, CSAB, and CCMT.

  • One must take the JEE Main exam and either place in the top 20 percentile of their respective class in the board examination for Class XII or earn at least 75% (65% for SC, ST, or PwD) in Class XII. 
  • Through JoSAA Counselling and the CSAB Special Round, admissions are made based on JEE (Main) rank.
