The vision of the scholarship is to enhance the level of literacy at secondary and higher secondary levels by providing students with financial needs to complete their education and come one step closer to their goal. The scholarship is provided based on the student’s needs regardless of their background, caste, etc. 

Sima Khatib Scholarship: Eligibility Criteria

Medley Pharma Sima Khatib Scholarship 2023 is available to students who are permanent residents of Maharashtra to bright minds who lack financial support. Apart from Maharashtra residents, there are other criteria that a student need to qualify for, such as: 

• Applicant must have a domicile in Maharashtra 
• Applicant must be studying in Maharashtra in a recognized university
• The student should have passed class 10th and should be pursuing higher education such as junior college, diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, management, etc
• A minimum of 60% must be scored by the student in the previous examination
• The annual family income of the applicant must be less than INR 3,00,000 including all the sources
• Only one person from a family is allowed

The scholarship is open throughout the year. So the applicant can apply for it anytime he/she wishes to.

Sima Khatib Scholarship: Rewards

The rewards availed by the applicant under the Medley Pharma Sima Khatib Scholarship are as follows: 

• Students will be awarded INR 10,000 under the scheme
• Students can also avail of interest-free loans ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 1 Lakh
• The repayment of the loan will start after six months after completion of the course or after 1 month when the candidate has a job
• The loan needs to be refunded within 5 years

Application Process

To apply for the Medley Pharma Sima Khatib Scholarship, you need to follow the steps: 

• Download the application form for Medley Pharma Sima Khatib Scholarship online from their official website
• Fill in all the details correctly along with the supporting documents 
• You can either submit the form online through email or offline mode by visiting their office located in Andheri ( E ), Mumbai. 

Documents Required

The documents that you will require  while filling up the form online are: 

• Salary slip of parents’
• Currently issues income  certificate 
• Marksheet  of previous 3 years of academic qualification 
• Copy of government issued Id
• Ration card
• Electricity bill
• Maintenance bill
• For loans, supporting documents of a guarantor with income of more than INR 2 lakhs

Terms and Conditions

There are some terms and conditions of the scholarship such as

• The scholarship will be offered via cheque in the name of the institution
• The application needs to be attested by the head of the institution and marked by a seal
