About Medhabruti Scholarship
The Medhabruti Scholarship is a scholarship provided by the Odisha government. The scholarship aims to financially support the students of Odisha. The scholarship grants meritorious students financial assistance to complete their undergraduate, postgraduate, or technical/professional education. As a part of the scholarship scheme, students are granted an amount of INR 5000- INR 10,000 per year. Terms and Conditions
Certain terms and conditions are provided for every scholarship. The E-Medhabruti Scholarship terms and conditions exclude scholarships for certain courses. Students pursuing these courses are not eligible for the E-Medhabruti Scholarship.
- Higher degree courses from open universities
- Distance learning or correspondence courses
- Self-financing general UG/PG course
- Diploma level courses, M.Phil., PhD, B.Ed., M.Ed.
- Students pursuing courses from an institution not approved by regulatory bodies like AICTE, MCI, UGC, etc
- Moreover, students pursuing another professional course of the same level are excluded from the scholarship
- Students who have already availed any other scholarship to study the course.
- Students who are not validated by the concerned institution during the 1st year of the degree course won’t be eligible for the scholarship
