What is the Full Form of ESI?

The ESI full form in medical is Employees’ State Insurance. Why medical? It’s because ESI is mainly a health insurance programme that concentrates on providing financial and medical assistance to employees, along with their families. ESI comes to use when an employee is faced with certain circumstances that do not allow them to fully execute their tasks.
