The full form of APGVB is Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank. It is a regional bank located in the Indian city of Warangal. It was established as a Regional Rural Bank in 2006 under the Regional Rural Banks Act of 1976. It has over 771 branches in India out of which around 500 are located in rural areas which highlights the commitment of this bank to serve people in backward areas. - It is sponsored by the SBI and is currently operating in 21 districts of the Indian state of Telangana and 3 districts of Andhra Pradesh.
