UWA College is a pathway institution that prepares international students for a smooth transition to the challenging curriculums at the University of Western Australia. The University established the College in partnership with INTO, which is a global organization providing pathway programs and foundation years for international students to study at top universities across the United States, United Kingdom, China and Australia. Infrastructure, Campuses and Courses
Classes for the UWA College take place on a modern, purpose-built student hub at the heart of UWA’s main Perth campus. The College is situated at the centre of the spectacular campus overlooking the Oaks Village and near the Golds Village. By studying on a University campus, students get to immerse themselves in student life at the University from the beginning of their pathway. At UWA College, students will closely work with experienced teachers and personal mentors. The short programs prepare the students for plenty of intensive self-study and collaborative activities with peers. Among the diverse range of courses that UWA College offers, there are foundation programs and an English Language pathway in Language and Essentials of Communication. The College also offers a Diploma of Commerce and a Diploma of Science through which international students get direct entry into the second year of the respective undergraduate programs at the University of Western Australia.
