History, Affiliations and Rankings

China Europe International Business School was laid out in the year 1994, by the Chinese Government and the European Union. It is the first ever business school in China which has affiliations between the two governments. CEIBS is popular for providing management degrees along with doctoral degrees in Executive MBA, Hospitality MBA, Finance MBA and Global MBA. The MBA degree given by CEIBS is approved by the Academic Degree Committee of the State Council in the year 2022. This school has stood out in the rankings of Global MBA as per QS World University Rankings, and is placed at #35 in the year 2022 and #37 in the year 2021.

Along with its main campus in Shanghai, CEIBS has four prime campuses, located in Beijing, Zurich, Accra, and Shenzhen.
