Study in UK: UEA India Award 2024 Open for Applicants 

The University of East Anglia (UEA) is offering UAE India Awards for the academic year 2024. The scholarship is available to postgraduate-taught students wanting to study at the University. The scholarship benefit is tuition fees to students enrolling in an eligible program. As the name suggests, the scholarship is available to Indian students The total value of the scholarship is £4,000. Some of the eligible schools include Economics, Faculty of Humanities, Engineering, Chemistry, Art, Media and American Studies, and Music, law, among others. UEA ranks at 295 in the world (QS Ranking 2024). Therefore, it is an excellent university to study abroad.

UEA India Award Eligibility

The UEA India Award eligibility criteria is as follows:

• The applicant must be a citizen of India. 
• Moreover, the applicant must have an international fee-paying status 
• Additionally, the student must meet the academic requirements of the university 
• Undertake an eligible postgraduate program commencing in September 2024. For example, Literature, Drama and Creative Writing, Mathematics, Music, etc (Note: a total of 29 schools are eligible for the scholarship)
• Students enrolled in integrated Master’s, MSc Plant Genetics and Crop Improvement, MSc Occupational Therapy, MSc Global Plant Health, or MSc Physiotherapy are ineligible.

UEA India Award Benefits 

The UEA India Award amount varies depending on certain factors. These are as follows. Note: the amount is deducted from the tuition fees of the beneficiaries.

• An amount of £5,000 – if the final undergraduate grade is 65% or above
• An amount of £4,000 – if the applicant meets UEA entry requirements
• An amount of £5,000 – if the  LLB score is 60%+

UEA India Award confirmation will be sent to the beneficiaries shortly after we make the offer letter. However, students enrolled in a 2-year program will only receive the scholarship for the 1st year.
