The Irish Government is ready to invest more than 40 million Euros to create new Accommodations at Dublin City University 

Irish Prime Minister, Simon Harris is responsible for overseeing Research, Higher education, Innovation, and Science. He stated that the government has plans to invest on construct more than 405 student accommodations at Dublin City University. This report was stated by official sources. 

The government approved 667 new beds last November. The new 405 student accommodations will add alongside the previous ones.

The Irish government is taking necessary measures to build student accommodations. This will domestic and international students can live and study at Dublin City University without any problems. 

Prime Minister Harris said the policy departure for the states as well as the proper investments will help the younger youth.

The Minister also stated that increasing the availability of beds will help the government create more student accommodation. This will help them reduce the pressure on the housing market of Ireland. 

Student Accommodations

The President of the DCU, Daire Keogh and his team members also played a massive role in the project.

They also made some of the most successful partnerships in the past with numerous universities. The names are the University of Galway, the University of Limerick, and Maynooth University

Dublin City University will undoubtedly leverage the benefits of these student accommodations.

President Keogh stated that it will help the university boost plans to offer more accommodation plans for international and domestic students.

How Student Accommodations at DCU Can Help Students?

President Keogh stated that the construction of the on-campus student housing will help the students who are looking for great housing options while studying at DCU.

The Irish government said they are working with University College Cork, University College Dublin, and Trinity on the same projects. 

Irish Prime Minster said that last December the government approved the request of creating 700 student accommodations.

DCU is one of the most famous universities that will receive the supply. The government would also take necessary measures to prepare the Technological universities to boost their construction of student accommodations.
