Additionally, it is recommended to incorporate muscle-strengthening activities that target muscle groups on two or more days, per week.

One can prioritize whole foods over processed ones, and stay hydrated, by drinking an ample amount of water. Additionally, incorporating a selection of foods from each food group will ensure getting all the nutrients.

Ans. Having a balanced diet is crucial as it provides the nutrition for organs and tissues to function optimally. When our body lacks nourishment, it becomes more susceptible to diseases, infections, fatigue, and decreased performance. It’s important to note that poor eating habits can persist throughout their lifetime.For these reasons, it is imperative that one has a nutritious diet.
