Ans. During my final year, I had the opportunity to work on a group project for our Business Management course. The project was about conducting a Market Analysis for a hypothetical product.

Our team included five individuals, each bringing unique skills to the table. Gautam, a finance major, took charge of all of the financial aspects such as creating cost analysis and predicting profits. Samrath and Asees were the creative engines of our team. They developed innovative marketing strategies, designed catchy product labels, and even came up with brand names. Preeti was a coordinator who ensured that everyone was on the same page and that our work was progressing smoothly. As for me, I was given the task of project management and presentation. I kept track of our timeline, organized meetings and presented our work to the class. The project required us to create a detailed business plan for our product. For that, we started conducting surveys and face-to-face interviews to understand the potential consumers. 

Then we started studying market trends and analyzed our competitors, helping them identify their strengths and weaknesses. Based on our findings, we developed a marketing plan and highlighted the unique selling points of our product. We also created a financial plan, which included price strategies and sales forecasts. After months of hard work, we presented our project to our professor and classmates. Our presentation included a detailed slideshow and mock-up of our product. And the feedback that we received was overwhelmingly positive and our professor told us that we did a commendable job on our market analysis, business plan and presentation. 

All in all, this project was not only about getting good grades, it was also a significant learning experience that enhanced my research and analytical skills.
