The Hot Cake SGI Scholarships in Canada’s SGI anniversary scholarship is available to applicants from July 1 to September 30 each year. The benefit is an amount of CAD 2,500 A total of 4 scholarships are available under this scholarship.
Eligibility
The SGI annual scholarship eligibility requirements are as follows:
- You must be a full-time/part-time student enrolled in an undergraduate diploma, certificate, or degree program in a post-secondary educational institution in Canada.
- Therefore, you must provide a Registrar’s Office letter to prove that you are a full time student.
- You must demonstrate your academic transcript to prove that you have secured at least 70% in your previous studies
- This scholarship is available to legal dependents or children (under 25) of an SGI CANADA, Coachman Insurance, or SGI employee.

This scholarship selection process is based on a draw. The winners are contacted within 30 days of the application closing date. Those who are not selected will not be contacted.
SGI Corporate Scholarship

Eligibility
The SGI Corporate Scholarship eligibility requirements are as follows:
- Resident of Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Ontario, or Manitoba.

The eligibility requirements for the Stan Hamilton Scholarship are as follows:
- You must be a full-time student enrolling at the First Nations University of Canada (FNUniv).
- Be First Nation (status or non-status), Metis, or Inuit
- Get enrolled in the last 12 credit hour classes in Faculty of Administration, Administration Qualifying, or in be in the 2nd year of a computer science degree program
- You must also maintain a minimum of 65% average score
- Demonstrate your extracurricular activities, community contributions, and commitments made in balancing education, work and home responsibilities/

Auto Body Technician Certificate Scholarship
The Body Technician Certificate Scholarship value is an amount of USD 2,500. This scholarship deadline is set by the Saskatchewan Polytechnic each year.

The SGI Graduate Research Grant is valued at CAD 5,000. The scholarship is given for every academic year. The deadline for this award is on 30th September each year.
Eligibility
The eligibility criteria for this award are as follows:
- You must be enrolled as a full-time graduate student at the University of Regina.
- Moreover, you must have secured at least a CGPA of 80%
- You need to propose research on traffic safety. The research must include engineering or human factor issues.
