Life History of Niccolò Machiavelli?

Niccolò Machiavelli was born on 3 May 1469 in Florence Italy and died on 21 June 1527. He received a humanist education from the University of Florence and learned about the world of Roman and Greek authors. After successfully graduating from the university he worked in public services as administrator and diplomat. 

A major scene happened in his life in 1512, when the Medici family regained control of Florence. At that time his political career was facing extreme downfall owing to the conflict of thoughts and beliefs. He was exiled from Florence and during that period he worked on his famous book “The Prince”.

The Prince is a treatise on political power that states that political leaders should do whatever it takes to sustain their power, even if it means using deception and violence.
