What is the Concept of Mind-Body Wellness?

The concept of the relation between mind and body has been recognised since ancient times. There are many shreds of evidence that show that our thoughts and emotions do affect our health and result in distress.

For example, if there is stress, it is directly linked to diseases related to the heart and stomach. It can also lead to extreme headaches or migraine issues. On the other hand, if a person has an optimistic approach to anything, it is directly related to a better immune system and studies have also shown that positivity is one of the factors of quick recovery if a person is suffering.
