TUEE Latest Updates

The university has invited students to secure their seats by depositing the course fee. All those whose names are there in the provisional merit list released by Tezpur University can get admission. Candidates have to report to their departments between the 25th of July 2023 and the 28th of July 2023. Documents will be physically verified within this time period.

From the 31st of July to the 2nd of August, course registration will be carried out for the students. The classes will commence on the 3rd of August 2023.

TUEE Notification 2023

Tezpur University has recently released a notification for the TUEE Counselling Process 2023. The counselling process and reservation of seats will be conducted online. The candidates will have to pay the course fees to reserve their seats. Physical verification of documents will be carried out from the 25th to the 28th of July 2023.

TUEE 2023 Exam Pattern 

The Entrance Exam pattern of Tezpur University is set by the conducting body of TUEE. Since, there are no new updates at this time, candidates who wish to know the TUEE Exam Pattern can refer to the details mentioned below. Know the time duration, question type, and marking scheme. 

• The examination is now conducted offline.
• Students are provided with OMR sheets to mark their responses for each question. 
• The question paper consists of 100 objective-type questions.
• Some subjects like LLM, BEd, Language Courses etc have 60% objective-type questions and 40% of descriptive questions.
• Some PhD courses have 40% objective and 60% descriptive questions in the test.
• The objective section generally has 4 sections.
• The total duration for the test is 2 hours (120 Minutes).
• Each objective question is for 1 mark.
• TUEE has a negative marking scheme of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

Tezpur University Entrance Exam Application Process

The application form for TUEE is tentatively released around March every year. Candidates who want to apply for the TUEE must read the steps carefully for the application process. You will need to visit the official website for registration. 

Steps to Apply

• Open the official website and click on the registration link.
• Generate your login ID and password to access the application form. 
• Then, the candidate has to open the Admission cum Counselling form from the website.
• Fill out the form with authentic details. Candidates also have to select the desired course they wish to apply for.
• The next step is to upload the required documents. 
• One has to pay the application fees online after this. 
• You can apply for 3 courses with one application form. For PhD programs, only 2 courses are allowed.
• For future reference download the application and keep the printout with yourself. 

TUEE Exam Admit Card

The admit card for the TUEE exam was available from the 17th of May 2023. It was available on the official website of Tezpur University. Students can follow the given steps to download the admit card.

• Open the official website of Tezpur University.
• Click on the TUEE admit card notification under the News and Updates section.
• Enter details like roll number and DoB on the page that opens.
• Click on submit. The TUEE admit card will appear on the screen.
• Check the details and download the admit card.
• Take a printout of the same for future use.

Application Fee

After Completing all the processes and submitting the application form students need to pay the application fee online mode, the application fee for the Tezpur University entrance exam is INR 400 for SC/ST/PWD candidates and INR 800 for Candidates.

Selection Process

The Tezpur University selection process includes various stages. Students can choose one of the many pathways to take admission. Depending on the course selected by the student they can apply through CUET, GATE, JEE Mains, or CEED.
