KALSEE 2023 Application Process

The application process for KALSEE 2023 entrance test will consist of 2 stages. Candidates interested and eligible for the Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination 2023 (KALSEE) can apply on the official website of Kalinga University by following all the steps given below.

Step 1 Registration 

  • Go to the official webpage of Kalinga University mentioned above.
  • Under the ‘Admission’ section, click on ‘Admission Procedure’.
  • Fill up the application form by entering your name, contact details, education qualification, course you want to pursue, and other required details.
  • Upload all the required documents.
  • Click on the submit button, and move to the next stage, which is the payment method.
  • For the application fee, candidates have to pay INR 1000 for bachelor and master courses, and INR 2000 for PhD courses.
  • Payment mode is only online through a debit card/credit card / net banking.
  • The application fee for KALSEE is non-refundable.
  • Once the amount is deducted from your bank account, you will receive a confirmation message.
  • Click on that message and verify that the payment has been done by you.
  • With this, your application form for KALSEE 2023 will be completed.

Step 2 Slot Booking for the Exam 

After your payment has been successfully completed, within the next 24 hours you will receive a user ID, password and the URL through which you can schedule your test.

  • On the URL, you have to select the exam date, time and centre, depending on the seats available.
  • While choosing the test centre or time, your options might not be assured as the test slots will be scheduled on the basis of first-come, first serve.
  • After you have confirmed your test schedule, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
  • Also, if any candidate wants to reschedule their test centre or time, then it must be completed at least 48 hrs prior to the appointment of the exam.
  • Rescheduling is allowed only once per candidate and within the authorised exam time.
