JKLU MET 2023 Exam Dates

JKLU MET Eligibility 

Candidates must go through the eligibility criteria mentioned below in detail to understand the requirements, Candidates who do not fulfil the below-mentioned requirements would not be allowed to apply for the JKLU MET 2023.

• Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Candidates must have received at least 50% of the total marks (for general and OBC category candidates).
• Applicants from other categories must have received a minimum of 45%.
• Candidates in their last year of university are also eligible to apply for the JKLU MET 2022.
• Candidates who have completed the CAT, MAT, ATMA, XAT, or CMAT will not be required to take the JKLU MET.

JKLU MET Application Process

The JKLU MET 2023 application forms will be made available soon on the official website. Candidates may apply for the JKLU MET 2023 exams online, where they must first register, fill out the application form, and then pay to take the exam. To avoid mistakes in their application, candidates must follow the step-by-step instruction mentioned below. 

• Visit JK Laxmipat University’s official website.
• On the homepage, click the ‘Apply for Online Admissions’ tab.
• Click the ‘Apply’ button next to the specified course.
• Register for a new account.
• After registering successfully, a login ID and password will be generated, which must be saved for future access.
• Candidates must log in using their login credentials after successfully registering.
• Complete the forms with your name, date of birth, gender, address, and other details. 
• Upload all essential documents, including the candidate’s photo and signatures.
• Click the ‘Submit’ button. 

Application Fees

JKLU MET 2023 application fee is INR 1,000, which can be paid online by credit/debit card/net banking or offline using DD/Cash. Candidates who prefer to pay the JKLU MET application fee offline should send a demand draught made payable to “JK Lakshmipat University” and send it to the official address.

JKLU MET Exam Pattern

The JKLU MET 2023 questions paper will be divided into four sections: quantitative aptitude and reading comprehension, data interpretation and logical reasoning, and general awareness and decision-making. The JKLUMET 2023 examination will be of 90 minutes in total. The question paper consists of 100 MCQs. In the JKLUMET 2023 exam, candidates will receive one mark for each right answer and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers.

Admit card

Generally, 15 days prior to the exam, JK Laxmipat University releases the admit card on its official website. Admit card is one of the most important documents that is required to be carried on the exam day, no candidate would be allowed to enter the exam hall without the JKLU MET admit card 2023.

2. Click on the admit card link.
3. Candidates need to provide their login information, including their roll number, registration number, and password.  
4. The admit card would show up on the screen.
5. A copy of the admit card should be kept by the candidates for reference in the future.

Candidates must also keep their JKLU METscorecard for future reference until the admissions process is over.

Counselling process

After passing the JKLU MET or any other national management entrance examination, aspirants must go through the offline counselling process. The applicants will be chosen after a number of evaluating stages are completed by officials. Candidates will only be invited to the second round of interviews if they clear the first. The final selection will be based on an overall evaluation of merit and the level of interaction during the personal interview.
