UKSEE 2023: UKSEE stands for Uttarakhand State Entrance Examination. Every year UKSEE is conducted by Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU) for admission into various UG & PG courses. It is a state-level entrance test. Through UKSEE 2023 scores admission is provided in various courses- B.Tech, B.Pharm, BHMCT, M.Tech, MCA, M.Pharm, MBA, etc. courses.

UKSEE 2023 Exam Pattern

UKSEE 2023 Application

The application form for the UKSEE 2023 will be available very soon. The entire process of registration is online and here is how you should register yourself:

  • The candidates have to visit the official website of UKSEE.
  • On the Home Page, register yourself with a One Time Password as New Registration.
  • Enter the basic credentials carefully.
  • Upload a scanned copy of your recent passport-size photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, and academic qualification certificates. 
  • After the completion of the process, the candidates will receive a Registration ID and a Password. 
  • Go back to the Home Page again, and select “Apply Online”.
  • Log In with the Registration ID and Password.
  • Now enter the details as asked in the registration by UKSEE 2023.
  • Read carefully before accepting the Declaration.
  • Once submitted, pay the registration fee.
  • Once the registration fee is successfully paid, download the receipt and keep it safe for future reference.

UKSEE 2023 Application Fee

The application fee for UKSEE 2023 is compulsory. Without successful payment, the application form will be cancelled. The application fee payment can only be submitted through the online payment gateway using a Debit Card, Credit Card, and Net Banking. The application fee is non-refundable. The application fee can’t be paid through offline mode.

UKSEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria

There is a set of eligibility criteria that the candidates must meet to be eligible for UKSEE for the year 2023. There are three essential eligibility criteria that a candidate must meet i.e., age, educational qualification, and Nationality. The official notification regarding the eligibility is yet to be published by UKSEE, based on the previous year’s examination, we have tentative lists of eligibility criteria.

B.Pharma (1st year and LE)

  • Candidates must have passed their HSC (10+2) exams from a recognised state board with Physics, and Chemistry as mandatory subjects along with any one of the Mathematics / Biotechnology / Biology courses.
  • Obtained a minimum of 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category candidates) in the qualifying examination.
  • For Lateral Entry (Only for UK domicile) candidates must have passed the Diploma exam in a program from an AICTE-approved Institution with at least 45% marks (40% marks for reserved candidates).

B.Tech (Lateral Entry)

  • Candidates must have passed the Diploma exam from an AICTE-approved Institution with 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category candidates) in the branch of Engineering/Technology.
  • Passed B.Sc degree from UGC-accredited Institute with at least 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category candidates) and passed 12th standard with Mathematics as a subject.

M.Tech

  • The candidate must have completed BE/B.Tech degree in a relevant field from a UGC-accredited Institute with a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for the reserved category candidates) in the qualifying examination.

MBA

  • Bachelor’s degree from a UGC-accredited Institute having 50% marks (40% marks for reserved category). 
  • Preference for admission will be first given to CAT/ MAT qualified candidates, later the vacant seats will be offered to the UKSEE-qualified candidates.

MCA

  • Bachelor’s degree in BCA, B.Sc (IT/CS) with Mathematics as a course having 50% marks (40% marks for reserved candidates) at 12th standard or Graduation.

M.Pharm

  • Candidates must have B.Pharm degree from a UGC-Accredited institute having a minimum of 55% marks (50% marks for reserved category candidates).
  • Preference for admission will be given to GPAT-qualified candidates first, later the vacant seats will be offered to the UKSEE-qualified candidates.

UKSEE 2023 Syllabus

For every subject paper, the syllabus will vary and can be checked by the candidates online. UKSEE 2023 Syllabus will contain subjects/knowledge areas according to the latest regulations issued by respective boards with prior approval of the Government of India. The weightage in each speciality is indicative and purely provisional.

How can we download the Admit card for UKSEE 2023?

To download the admit card, candidates have to visit the official website and enter their registered number and password. Admit card will contain the details like test date, time, centre, candidate’s name, roll number, etc. Candidates have to carry the admit card on the day of the exam to get entry into the examination hall as candidates won’t be allowed without showing it.
