Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University will soon start the counselling process for the Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test (JEMAT) 2023. Shortlisted candidates, who scored merit in the JEMAT 2023 result list can look forward to the beginning of the JEMAT counselling process from the third week of July 2023. The university will issue the official counselling dates for the examination on its official website.
The counselling process of MAKAUT is concluded through a Group Discussion and Personal Interview round, after the declaration of JEMAT results. JEMAT Counselling Dates 2023
The JEMAT counselling process 2023 will start at least one week after the declaration of JEMAT results. Candidates who are optimistic about being shortlisted for the counselling session must ensure to be aligned with the given JEMAT Counselling Dates for admission.

JEMAT Counselling Process 2023
The university will shortlist candidates on the basis of their performance in the entrance exam for the JEMAT Counselling Process. Candidates who would have scored merit in the cut-off list would receive the counselling notification on their registered email ID. Since the university will not adjust the date and time of the counselling session, candidates are advised to stick with the information provided to be eligible for admission in their applied management course.
Information to Fill in Counselling Form
It is mandatory for the selected candidates to fill out a JEMAT counselling form, which would be provided to them on the date of counselling. Therefore, candidates should check the following information that is to be filled out in the JEMAT counselling form:
- Applicant’s name, address, and contact details
- Academic qualifications and other relevant details
- JEMAT Roll Number
- JEMAT Score and rank in the cut-off list
Candidates would be invited for the counselling session as per their ranking and score in the JEMAT result 2023.

The counselling of JEMAT will inclusive of the following processes that are to be conducted at the campus within the instructed time frame. Shortlisted candidates would thus require to perform well in all stages of the process to get an edge over other applicants.

| Document Verification | The counselling body will do the document verification of candidates who performed well in both the GD and PI rounds. |
Candidates must note that the university will assess the overall performance of the candidates to invite them for admission to its MBA/MHA/MBA (Part-time) courses.

Documents Required for JEMAT Counselling
Applicants must ensure to bring along the following documents on the date of JEMAT counselling. The counselling body will nullify the eligibility of candidates who would fail to bring any of the mentioned documents:
- Graduation mark sheet or previous semester mark sheet
- Class 10th and 12th mark sheet
- School leaving and domicile certificate
- JEMAT 2023 Admit Card
- JEMAT 2023 Result in the printout
- Caste certificate (If applicable)
