About EMRS
Since its commencement, the Ministry of Tribal Affairs has solely used education to uplift (economically and sociologically) India’s tribal community. It has since then endeavoured on its journey to empower the abaft community. And to make sure the proposition manifests into a consolidated structure and becomes a reality, EMRSs were set up across the nation by the said body. EMRS Recruitment Exam 2023
The National Education Society for Tribal Students ( NESTS), an autonomous body working under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs has announced around 3479 vacancies for the posts of Principal, Vice-Principal, PGTs and TGTs in the EMRS institutions across 17 major states (India). Candidates aspiring to pursue their careers in the positions mentioned above are required to qualify for the EMRS Teaching Staff Selection Exam (ETSSE), a centralized computer-based test followed by interviews conducted by the respective states. These tests are held to ensure the recruitment of quality human resources in the EMRSs and to eventually improve the overall academic merit of the mentioned body.
EMRS Recruitment Notification 2023
The EMRS recruitment 2023 notification has been released by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs on its official website. As per the notification, 3479 vacancies have been released by the body for various teaching posts in the EMRS institutions across the nation.

EMRS 2023 Exam Latest Updates
According to the latest updates, the last date for submitting the EMRS Recruitment Online Application Form has been extended by the National Testing Agency to 31st May 2023. The date for paying the prescribed application fee has been extended to 1st June 2023.
Applicants preparing for the EMRS Teaching Staff Selection Exam (ETSSE) are required to submit their application forms (managed by the Central Tribal Welfare Department) virtually on the Tribal welfare website for recruitment.

TS EMRS Recruitment 2023
Applicants hoping to join the EMRS institutions in Telangana are required to apply for the TS EMRS Recruitment exam 2023. As per the notification released by the official website, around 262 vacant positions have been announced for the positions of both teaching and non-teaching staff. Candidates meeting the required eligibility criteria must submit their applications by 31st May 2023 at the official websites. It is imperative for applicants to keep in mind that the window for application will be open from 1 April to 31 May (2023), with the exams tentatively scheduled in the 1st week of June.

For Principal Post:
Age limit:
The candidate should not be more than 50 years of age ( Age relaxation for SC/ST and others).
Qualification/Experience:
- Applicants must hold a Master’s degree from a renowned university.
- Must have a B.Ed degree
- Must be proficient in Hindi and English
- Must have work experience in any of the Govt. recognized CBSE affiliated Sr. Secondary (10+2) schools / Inter College.
- Must be having at least 10 years of work experience as a teacher ( Vice Principal/TGT/PGT) in a revered high school/Senior Secondary School/Intermediate college.
For Vice Principal Post:
Age limit:
The candidate should not be more than 45 years of age. ( Age relaxation for SC/ST and others)
Qualification/Experience:
- The candidate must hold a Master’s degree from a renowned university
- Must have a B.Ed degree.
- Must be proficient in Hindi and English.
- Must have a work experience of 2 years as a PGT/lecturer at level 8 in Central/ State Govt.
- Should be having an experience of 3 years in a fully residential school.
For PGT Post:
Age limit:
The candidate should not be more than 40 years of age ( Age relaxation for SC/ST and others).
Qualification/Experience:
- Candidates should have done a 2 Years integrated postgraduate course from the Regional College of Education of NCERT. A minimum aggregate of 50% marks should be scored by the applicants in order to be deemed eligible.
- Must be having a B.Ed degree from a renowned University.
- Must be proficient in Hindi and English.
For TGT Post:
Age limit:
The candidate should not be more than 35 years of age ( Age relaxation for SC/ST and others).
Qualification/ Experience:
- Candidates must have done a 4 years integrated degree course at the Regional College of Education of NCERT.
- They should have scored at least an aggregate of 50% marks in order to be deemed eligible.
- Must be having a B.Ed degree from a renowned University.
- Must have qualified for the State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET)/ Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Paper-II.
- Must be proficient in Hindi and English.

- Candidates applying for the post of TGTs should be holding valid STET/CTET-Paper -II certificates.
- Requisite certificates (that are applicable) are required to be uploaded along with the application forms.
