IERT Exam Pattern 2023: The Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology conducts the IERT exam for admission to various UG, PG and Diploma courses at IERT Prayagraj (Allahabad). Candidates preparing for this exam must understand the IERT exam pattern which will allow them to have all the exam-related information beforehand, resulting in better preparation for the exam. 

The IERT exam pattern includes details such as the total sections in the exam, types of questions and the total number of questions, duration of the exam, etc. The IERT exam 2023 was conducted from 30th June onwards for admission to the 3-year Engineering Diploma program. About IERT Exam

IERT, also known as the Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology, Praygraj, is one of the premier institutes in India where admission to UG, PG and Diploma courses are offered to eligible students. IERT Exam Pattern 2023

The IERT 2023 was conducted on 30th June 2023. The IERT exam pattern is different for each course offered by the Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology. The exam paper includes a total of 75 multiple-choice questions and the time duration is 3 hours. Post Diploma in Computer Application

There will be only one objective paper in the entrance examination. The subjects to be covered for this entrance examination will be general English, General Knowledge, Numerical Ability, Reasoning and general Awareness in Physics and Maths.

IERT Marking Scheme 

The IERT exam marking scheme includes negative marking, weightage of each question in the exam and more. For every correct answer marked by the candidate in the IERT answer sheet, +4 marks will be added to their score. In case of a wrong answer marked by any candidate, there will be a negative marking of 1. The table below highlights the IERT marking scheme.
