According to the official website of the Ministry of Roads, Transport and Highways (MoRTH), There are 850+ National Highways in India till 2019. Recently, the MoRTH updated the number of national highways in the country. The longest national Highway in India is NH44 between Srinagar to Kanyakumari. Officially the operational length of National Highway 44 is 4,112 Kilometers.
