First of all, the eligibility for each university and scholarship may differ. That will be clearer once you choose the university and the scholarship program you want to apply for. But, till then, here we have mentioned some of the basic eligibility criteria to avail of Scholarships in Germany.

  1. You must score at least 7.0 - 8.5 CGPA in your graduation.
  2. Some scholarships require you to have a relevant experience in the field.
  3. An IELTS band score of 6-8 or TOEFL band score of (minimum score 550 paper-based, 213 computer-based and 80 internet-based).
  4. A B1 level certificate for courses taught in the German language.
