SKEMA Business School is a private French institution of higher education and research legal institute of a non-profit status was established in 2009 in Paris, France. It was a result of years of negotiations between Ecole Supérieure de Commerce, Lille and CERAM Business School, Sophia Antipolis. The SKEMA Business School is a result of their merger. Though SKEMA was established in 2009 but it was only after approval by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research, SKEMA received the official status on July 6, 2015. The institution has three academies, the Digitalisation Academy, the Innovation Academy, and the Globalisation Academy and one sports and language institute. The school offers two undergraduate programs in Business Administration in International Business and Global Management. Apart from that, it is well regarded for its 18 Masters courses in Businesses. SKEMA has also launched the four doctoral programs, two executive programs in MBA and one postgraduate management program. Besides, SKEMA has two short programs in Paris during summers to enable students to sharpen their skills and enhance employability. The school has three campus sites at Sophia Antipolis, Lille, and Paris in France. With more than 8,500 students (out of which 3,400 being an international students) pursuing the degree programs at SKEMA, the institution has gained popularity among B Schools in a very short period. Apart from France, SKEMA Business School can also be found in China (Suzhou), South Africa (Cape Town) and USA (Raleigh) to enrich the global experience. The student-teacher ratio at Skema Business School is 53:1. And it is ranked 17th and 13th worldwide according to the Times Higher Education and QS Ranking.
