History, Affiliations and Rankings

Lakeland College is situated in Alberta, Canada, and is a post-auxiliary school, which was laid out in 1911. The school is probably the biggest school in North America. Here students began dealing with the homestead to achieve cultivating abilities. Starting around 1913 the names changed at different times from Vermilion School of Agriculture, Vermilion Agricultural and Vocational College in 1960, Vermilion College, lastly to Lakeland College in 1975. It is partnered with ACCC, CCAA, AACTI, and CBIE. The school positioned 117-153 as probably the best school in Canada. It ranked #827 in the US for Unirank's University Rankings 2020, #2338 in the world for Unirank’s World University Rankings 2020, #117-#153, in Regional University Midwest in the United States by US News and world report and #33, in top performers of Social mobility by US news and world report.
