It is expected that more than 1.5 million Indian students will land in foreign universities this year. This prediction is based on the analysis of study abroad trends after the pandemic as well as the exponential growth in the number of students choosing to pursue higher education abroad.   

The winter and summer intakes are over, and once the data for the fall intake is also accumulated authorities will be able to chart an exact number from this tentative raw data. As fall intake is the largest intake so it will majorly influence the data for 2023 admissions. 

In 2022, nearly 1.3 million Indian Students enrolled in foreign universities as per the Ministry of Education, India. Also, this data was accumulated by MEA for admissions in all the intakes in 2022. Let’s look at a detailed evaluation of the same.
