Earlier the candidates with a one-year certificate from an approved institution could only apply through the OINPs international student stream if all the programs required completion of a degree as a prerequisite for admission. But this is no longer the case.

The new changes now apply to the OINP eligibility for any one-year graduate program granting an Ontario Graduate College Certificate.
