Apart from the SOF Scholarships for excellence in English, there are several other scholarships that you can apply for. These scholarships are open for the year 2025. The scholarships are as follows.
Girl Child Scholarship Scheme (GCSS)
SOF provides the girl-child scholarship to girl students with excellent academic performance. These students must be from economically modest backgrounds. The scholarship benefit is an amount of INR 5000. Each year, about 300 scholarships are disbursed to selected students. The scholarship is granted to promote the girl child’s education.
Academic Excellence Scholarship (AES)
The AES, or the Academic Excellence Scholarship, is available to young Indian students. This is a merit-based scholarship. It is available to school students. The scholarship benefit is an amount of INR 5000 along with a trophy. Around 160 students are selected for the scholarship across eligible classes. The scholarship is granted to motivate students to study.
