You need to declare the last 3 months’ bank statements (Slovak or foreign) in your name, or provide a scholarship confirmation, confirmation from the statutory body of the legal entity that financial resources will be secured, or a sworn statement by the person that he/she will provide you with financial security for your stay along with bank statements.
