Ans. On a sunny afternoon, I baked a chocolate cake from scratch. I started by collecting ingredients such as cocoa powder flour, sugar, eggs, and butter. The kitchen was filled with the aroma as I mixed dry ingredients. Next, I carefully added eggs and butter, stirring until the batter became smooth. The most satisfying part was pouring the rich, velvety batter into the cake mould.
The sweet scent of chocolate filled the house as the cake was baked, making the wait almost unbearable. Finally, after what seemed to be an eternity, I took the cake out of the oven. It was a sight to behold, with a perfect rise and a glossy, chocolatey top. The first bite was heavenly, the cake was moist and full of flavour. That day, I discovered the joy of cooking from scratch, and the chocolate cake was a delicious success.

Ans. The main challenge was ensuring that the cake was properly baked and didn’t dry out. I was worried about overbaking it. It was a learning experience about precision and patience in baking.
