Diplomacy/Offical South Korea Visa Requirements
A South Korean diplomacy visas are given to the staff of foreign consulates, or for foreign diplomatic missions. On the other hand, official mission visas are granted to officials to execute their duties of foreign government or international organizations. For any of these visas, applicants must present the following:
- A passport with more than 6 months of validity and 2 photographs
- Filled out visa application with 2 passport photographs
- Official Letters from the Concerned Ministry/Mission.
- Proof of relation with the accompanying applicant (if applicable)
- Submit filled out health condition form
- Consent for isolation form from Korea
- Moreover, an invitation letter from Korea (original or scanned copy or photocopy) must be submitted
Conventions/Agreements South Korea Visa Requirements

Temporary Journalism Visas
The temporary Journalism Visa requirements are as follows:
- A passport with more than 6 months of validity and 2 photographs
- Filled out visa application, and Copy of ID Card
- Letter from Employer, and employment proof
- Photocopy of Income Tax Return (ITR) of last 2 years
- Health Condition Form, and recent Bank Statement copies

Long-Term Single Entry Visa
The Long Term Single Entry visa is available to the spouse or unmarried children (below 20) of a registered Korean person. The documents needed for this visa type are as follows:
- Present a Transfer order / Temporary duty order from India
- Certificate of registered foreign investment company
- Occupation proof, and income tax return personal (1 year)
- Applicants above 5 years must provide a certificate of health (TB test)
- Korea presents an Invitation letter or a Business Registration Certificate
Student South Korea visa requirements (D-2)
A D-2 visa or a South Korean student visa is given to international students to study in Korea. The South Korean visa requirements for this type of visa are:
- Passport and a copy of the passport ID page
- Filled in the visa application form
- Certificate of Admission, and personal ID card (residing country)
- Certificate of KU Business Registration, and an invitation letter from the (National Institute for International Education of Korea (if applicable)
- Korean Language Training Certification (if applicable)
- TB test certificate (applicable to students from India)
- Additional documents for students from India. That is, Final Academic Credentials, & a proof of financial statement (a minimum of – 20,000 (USD+ tuition fees)

Transit Visa South Korea visa requirements
A transit Visa is a visa granted to foreigners transferring at the Incheon International Airport to a third country or a country of nationality. The Transit Visa visa requirements are:
- Must hold an airline ticket for transit within 72 hours.
- Moreover, the applicant must stay only in the proximity of Seoul (Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi Province)

Jeju Island South Korea visa requirements
The Jeju Island visa is granted to people to visit Jeju Island for up to 30 days. Those meeting any of these requirements can apply for a visa
- Certificate of Invitation issued by the chief of the Jeju Island Immigration office
- Immediate family member of the foreigner registered with the Jeju Island Immigration office
- Certificate of Invitation issued by the chief of the Jeju Island Immigration office (member of a tourist group of 5 people)
- A person with no immigration offense records who has visited Korea for a minimum of 3 times since Jan. 1, 1996, or visited Korea more than once and is a permanent resident of the U.S, Canada, Australia, Japan, or New Zealand
