Pre-School Admission Process at Mount Carmel
The academic year at Mount Carmel Admissions is from April to March. The rule of law governs the two main admission levels into the school of nursery and preparatory. As per the advisory of the government, the student must have attained the age of 5 years and 6 months before he/she enters class I in April.
Furthermore, the admissions process for the preschool is as per the number of seats available for the general category and reserved categories.
For Nursery: General, Sibling, Economically Deserving Candidate – EDC (for those drawing less than Rs. 10,000/- per month), Staff, Alumni and Christians through selection.
For Preparatory – Selection is by verification process under the same categories as above.
