Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP)
An incisive one-year programme designed for mid-career professionals.

Eligibility for PGP

• The applicant must be in possession of a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any field.
• As of March 31 of that year, the candidate must have at least 24 months of post-qualification full-time job experience.
• Genuine GMAT or GRE score
• If English wasn’t the primary medium of instruction throughout your college studies, you’ll need to take the TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE.

Admission Process of PGP

There are 2 stages that a candidate goes through before getting selected for an MBA Programme.

• The Candidates are required to appear for the GMAT/GRE exam. Candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in the exam.
• The shortlisted candidates are called for a round of Personal Interviews. Based on their performance in the interview, the selected candidates are offered a seat at ISB.

Post Graduate Programme In Management for Senior Executives (PGPMAX)
Targeted at high-calibre senior executives and business owners, with 10 to 25 years of work experience involving extensive managerial responsibility.

Eligibility for PGPMAX

• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in any discipline is required for the position. The Admission Committee of the programme will decide on an equivalent qualification, which may include credentials like CA, ICWA, etc.
• As of the application deadline, the candidate should have at least 10 years of full-time job experience (desired experience is closer to 15 or more years).

Admission process of PGPMAX

• A candidate’s application is invited based on their shortlist.
• A round of personal interviews will be held with the shortlisted candidates. When possible, interviews will take place in person, although they may also occasionally be performed via teleconference or video conferencing tools.

Post Graduate Programme for Working Professionals (PGPpro)
A weekend residential MBA programme designed for mid-career working executives

Eligibility for PGPpro

• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in any discipline. An equivalent qualification will be determined by the program’s Admission Committee and may include licences like CA, ICWA, etc.
• The candidate must have a minimum of five years of full-time job experience.

      Admission process of PGPpro

• A candidate’s application is invited based on their shortlist.
• A round of personal interviews will be held with the shortlisted candidates. When possible, interviews will take place in person, although they may also occasionally be performed via teleconference or video conferencing tools.

Management Programme for Family Business (MFAB)
A comprehensive general management programme designed for young business leaders of family businesses who intend to manage their businesses.

• On the basis of the applications received, candidates are shortlisted.
• A round of personal interviews with the shortlisted candidates will be scheduled. In addition to using teleconference or video conference tools occasionally, interviews will be performed in person whenever possible.

Eligibility for PGP MFAB

• Bachelors’ Degree or an equivalent qualification (like CA, etc.) Applicants should have completed graduation during the submission of the application.
• No work experience is mandatory. However, ISB believes that an experience of 2-3 years will be valuable to the candidate.

Admission process PGP MFAB 

• Applications are invited based on which a candidate is shortlisted.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for a round of Personal Interview. Interviews will be held in person whenever possible and may be conducted via teleconference or video conference facilities in some cases.
