SNAP Exam 2024: Latest Update

The applications for the SNAP exam 2024 will tentatively start in August 2024. The examination is held three times a year. Candidates willing to apply can register online by visiting the official website, ie, www.snaptest.org/.

The SNAP exam 2024 syllabus is prescribed by the exam conducting body. The exam is classified into three sections 

A) General English, Comprehension and Verbal Reasoning
B) Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency 
C) Analytical and Logical Reasoning.

SNAP Exam 2024: Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the SNAP exam are established by the conducting body. The pointers listed briefly below are the following eligibility criteria for the SNAP exam. 

• Graduates with a minimum of 50 per cent for general category students and 45 per cent for SC/ST/PWD candidates. 
• Candidates in the final year of their graduation can also appear for the SNAP exam.
• There is no age limit for candidates to apply.
• International students willing to apply must have an Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

SNAP Exam 2024: Application Process

The application process for the SNAP 2024 will be conducted online. Candidates need to visit the official SNAP website to register. The steps are briefly explained below: 

• Visit the official website, ie, snaptest.org. 
• Click on the register link button. 
• Enter the personal details such as academic details, exam dates, test city etc. 
• Upload a passport-size photograph (not more than three months old). 
• Complete your payment of the SNAP application fee. 
• Choose the preferred college of your choice. 
• Pay INR 1000 to complete the application process.

SNAP Exam 2024: Admit Card

Each of the three sessions has a different SNAP 2024 hall ticket. Applicants will not be permitted to take the exam if they do not have the SNAP admission card for the applicable session. The ways to download the SNAP admission card 2024 are listed below:

SNAP Exam 2024: Exam Day Guidelines

The SNAP exam is held at multiple locations across India. The guidelines will be mentioned on the admit card of the candidate. Listed below are some instructions for the SNAP exam. 

• Candidates need to be present at least two hours before the commencement of the exam. 
• Candidates must read all the instructions before solving the question paper. 
• Candidates must bring their ID proofs and admit cards to the examination centre.

SNAP 2024 Selection Process

Each of the participating institutes sets its own SNAP cut-off after SIU releases the SNAP result online. Candidates who are shortlisted receive a call for other rounds. These consist of WAT, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. Following the completion of each round of selection, institutions assign grades based on the performance of the candidates. Additionally, every college creates the final merit list, which includes the applicants chosen for the admission process.
